Remote Control Float Valve - Model 100X Working Principle:
The medium is conveyed through the pilot pipe to the pilot valve (small float valve). When the water level in the tank (or reservoir) is low, the pilot valve opens, initiating water supply from the main valve into the tank. As the float rises with the water level to the predetermined high level, the pilot valve closes, subsequently causing the main valve to close and stop the water supply.
Remote Control Float Valve - Model 100X Features:
Designed to control the liquid level in water towers or tanks. It offers easy maintenance, flexible and practical application, high accuracy in level control, immunity of the water level to pressure fluctuations, and tight, leak-proof shut-off. The control float can be installed separately from the main valve body.
Installation Requirements:
1. Prior to installation, flush the pipeline thoroughly and install a strainer/filter.
2. The float and pilot valve should be installed in a location that allows for easy observation. They should be positioned away from the main valve inlet or installed in a separate small chamber to prevent water surface turbulence from causing erroneous operation of the pilot valve, which could lead to frequent cycling (hunting) of the main valve.
